How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on the courier’s website. If you have any trouble with tracking or haven’t received your order, feel free to reach out to us.
What condition do my items need to be in for a return?
We ask that all returned items be in good, wearable condition. No rips, stains, or excessive wear. Clothes that are too worn or damaged can’t be donated, but if you still want to return them, we can recycle them responsibly. We’ll make sure they’re put to good use, either by our charity partners or through sustainable recycling.
How do I earn and use rewards?
For every item you return, you'll receive 25% of the item's price back as a discount code. This code can be used on your next purchase and is valid for 12 months.
What happens to the clothes I return?
We don’t make a penny from your returned items. Every wearable piece is donated to our partner charities, directly helping those in need. If an item isn’t fit for donation, we’ll either return it to you (if requested) or recycle it responsibly—ensuring nothing goes to waste.
How do I send my items back?
Returning your items is easy! Simply use the free returns label included with your order to send it back to us. We accept returns in good condition, and we'll handle the rest. If your return isn’t in a usable condition, you can choose to have it sent back to you, or we will responsibly recycle it.
Are the products really eco-friendly?
Absolutely! All of our clothing is made from high-quality, eco-friendly materials like organic cotton and recycled polyester. Our production process also focuses on sustainability, ensuring that each item is as kind to the planet as it is to your wardrobe.
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an email once your return has been accepted, and your reward code will be sent to you shortly after.
Can I return items if they don’t fit or if I change my mind?
Yes! If your item doesn’t fit or if you change your mind, you can return it within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund or exchange. Simply ensure that the item is in the same condition as when it was dispatched, and we’ll take care of the rest. Please let us know that you wish to return your items but using the contact form.
If it’s been more than 30 days since you placed your order, we can still help! While we no longer offer a refund or exchange, you’ll receive a 25% store credit for your returned item, which you can use on your next purchase.
Are the reward codes transferable?
No, the reward codes are personal and can only be used by the account holder. However, you can share your experience and encourage others to join the REVOLV movement for even more impact!
